I recently moved to Houston and had the best experience with Big Tex Storage on Montrose. They provided a turn-key experience that enabled me to store my belongings when I arrived in Houston and the use of their moving truck to retrieve and move things into my home when it was ready. The covered parking allows for easy access to the units with cover from rain and the elements. It's been a great experience!

I have been with BT for about one month, and I can say their product and service is superior. Super clean, well-lit, cameras and keypads for security, etc. I used their truck for the move-in (an awesome perk that save me many trips). Overall, you can't go wrong with Big Tex.

I’ve had my unit for about 30 days. This is a great example of ‘you get what you pay for’. I went with a cheaper storage place with a unit on the 2nd floor. After 30 days of not being able to utilize my unit because the elevator was broken, and multiple calls to the front office and the 1-800 number with no call backs or results, I had a enough and spent about $30 more on a unit at Big Tex. HAPPY I DID! The location is convenient, push carts are available to use, it’s well lit...

The facility is very clean, and seems very secure. Not only lots of cameras, but also uniquely identifying access codes on every door, etc. Nicole was very friendly, and helpful in setting up our lease, and showing us around.

Nichole had been amazing, her customer service has been outstanding. She is knowledgeable and clear with information, About the rental rules and how the building works. The building is always very clean. Love it.
